*single or double suitcase or racked kettlebell split squats (x1-2 moderate weight kettlebells)
*single arm kettlebell swings (x1 moderate to heavy kettlebell you can swing for six reps)
*single side strict presses holding double rack (x2 moderate weight kettlebells, you can press one of them for at least x5 reps)
*alternating hinged rows (x2 moderate kettlebells or dumbbells)
