Heart-throbbing cardio with two kettlebells. After a bodyweight and kettlebell warm up, we'll work through high intensity intervals (HIIT) of kettlebell swings, double push presses and weighted pogo hops, followed by a finisher sequence of swings, goblet squats and weighted jump squats.
key movements:
two hand or double kettlebell swings (x1-2 kettlebell(s) you can swing for at least x10 reps consecutively)
double push presses (x2 moderate kettlebells or dumbbells)
weighted pogo hops (x2 light to moderate kettlebells or dumbbells)
