Welcome to the first class in the Bells Up Studio “365 Moderate” Program! Today’s session should feel like an overall RPE 8 and will incorporate heavy deadlifts with upper-body push movements.
key movements:
*bilateral stance deadlifts (x2 heavy kettlebells, dumbbells, optional barbell)
*seated strict presses (x2 moderate kettlebells or dumbbells)
*kettlebell swings (x1 heavy kettlebell you can swing for at least x10 reps)
*offset push-ups (x1 moderate kettlebell)
