program focus: kettlebell cardio
key movements: push presses, double racked lunges, jerks, optional snatches
equipment recommendations:
*x1 light kettlebell or dumbbell (arm bar, warm up push presses and optional snatches)
*x1 kettlebell or dumbbell you can press overhead for at least x5 reps
*x2 kettlebell or dumbbells you can rack and lunge for 30 seconds at an RPE 8 or 9 level
intermediate level: push presses and/or jerks
advanced level: take the snatch upgrade
