Pop a bottle of sparkling bubbly water, take a sip and bring a moderate bell. You won't be setting down the iron from awhile. This class should feel like an RPE of 8, with long sequences of movement.
Equipment Recommendations: x1 light to moderate kettlebell
5 minutes:
x10 single arm swings + x10 single side racked marches without setting down the bell, alternating sides with a hand-to-hand swing
***rest 2 minutes***
5 minutes:
x10 lateral step single arm swings + x5 curtsey lunges (bell is racked on side of working leg), alternating sides with a hand-to-hand swing
***rest 2 minutes***
4 minutes:
Turkish Get Up to the top + x5-8 viking presses, then back down
*aim for x2-3 rounds left and right sides to finish
