Welcome to the beginner program! We will talk learn the difference between the hinge and squat pattern. We will alos learn how to pick up the bell safely by learning the goblet clean. Overall RPE 7 out of 10.

1. 360 breathing exercise (4 count inhale, 8 count exhale)

Every 60 seconds, continuous running clock:
1. hip raises
2. standing balance right arm up, left leg up
3. standing balance left arm up, right leg up
4. bodyweight, squat
5. suitcase deadlift
Set 2: RPE 7 out of 10
Every minute on the minute x3 rounds (9 minutes total):
1. x5 single side suitcase deadlifts, right and left sides
2. x10 goblet cleans
3. quadruped plank to 30 seconds mark
