There isn't a magical drill that will help you snatch overnight. Kettlebell snatching takes practice, patience and reps (but not too many at once). The best approach is small bouts of practice at a time, especially if your hands and forearms don't yet have a tolerance to high volume kettlebell training.
This video includes a recap of drills, a few new drills and practice session suggestions to further your snatch practice.
Practice recommendations: start with set counts of x5 for all drills, building up to 10-15 minutes of technique practice per day, or every other day. Be mindful of your hands, calluses and wrists. Once you are able to perform 10 consecutive snatches on each side, you're ready to add the snatch to your training program, or start training for the "100 snatches in 5 minutes" test.
Duration: 5 minutes
Equipment Recommendations: x1 kettlebell you can press overhead for five reps, x1 optional heavy bell for single arm swings, optional small towel, optional bell one size smaller than comfortable snatch weight
Video Type: technique and written cues
