program focus: glutes+quads (single racked reverse lunges, bilateral stance Romanian deadlifts), horizontal pull (bench rows), vertical pull (pull ups, banded pull downs)

*x2 heavy kettlebells or dumbbells you can bilateral stance Romanian deadlift for at least x10 reps (optional barbell)
