*x1 two-hand swing weight kettlebell (RPE 8 for x10 reps)
*x1 kettlebell or dumbbell you can press overhead for at least x5 reps
intermediate level: it's time to practice owning your push press and finding pop in your dead stop cleans
advanced level: grab a big bell and make it count
