Today's session is here to work through unsexy accessories that make a big difference in a well- rounded training plan: lateral lower body sets and targeted abs+core. After a long warm-up with kettlebells and bodyweight, we'll work through slider lateral lunges and dead stop kettlebell snatches. Class finishes with a fast-paced ab sequence that will make you remember Lacee every time you sneeze for the next week.
