*two-hand kettlebell swings (x1 moderate kettlebell you can swing comfortably for at least x10 reps)
*double racked hold (x2 heavy kettlebells or dumbbells)
*double swing clean to push press (x2 moderate weight kettlebells)
*goblet clean to squat to jump squat (swing weight kettlebell)
