Hinge your heart out in this interval-based posterior chain (buns and back) strength class. We'll complete 1:1 work rest ratios so you can lift your heaviest reps for rounds. Advanced students: bring a pull up bar and your best bent press form.
key movements:
*single leg assisted deadlifts (x1 heavy kettlebells or dumbbells you can deadlift for at least x6-8 reps)
*single arm bench rows (x1 heavy kettlebell or dumbbell you can row for at least x6 reps)
*bent press or half kneeling side press (x1 moderate weight kettlebell or dumbbell)
*two-hand kettlebell swings (x1 kettlebell you can swing for at least x6 reps)
*optional pull ups or chin ups for advanced level (pull up bar)
