Join Lacee for the intermediate/advanced level slow cardio class, mixing ballistic, core+abs and shoulder/back-focused movements. This is the final session for the program "Classically Swole."

*snatches or single arm swings (x1 kettlebell you can snatch or swing for at least x10 reps)
*half kneeling chops (x1 light to moderate kettlebell, dumbbell or medicine ball)
*double push presses or jerks (x2 moderate weight kettlebells or dumbbells)
*quadruped passes (x1 moderate weight kettlebell or dumbbell)
*double kettlebell swing cleans (x2 moderate to heavy kettlebell you can swing clean for at least x5 reps)
*renegade rows (x2 moderate weight kettlebells or dumbbells)
