Today's session mixes lower and upper body accessory movements for a well-rounded hypertrophy session. We add in Turkish Get Ups for rotational/mobility work and optional chin ups if you have a chin up/pull up practice. This session should feel like and overall RPE 7-8.
key movements:
*single side chest press to Turkish Get Up (x1 kettlebell or dumbbell you can chest press at least x10 reps)
*RFE quad-biased double split squats (x2 moderate kettlebells or dumbbells)
*hollow hold Y-pulls (x1 moderate weight band)
*weighted baby Turkish Get Ups (x1 light to moderate kettlebell)
