Class/Session 7 should feel like an overall RPE (rate of perceived exertion) of 8, or 80% of your total overall effort. This class incorporate French Contrast training method (heavy lift followed by explosive power) and continues to build strict press reps.
Key Movements and Equipment Recommendations:
*single racked squats (x1 moderate to heavy kettlebell or dumbbell)
*two-hand kettlebell swings and reset swings (x1 kettlebell you can swing for at least x10 reps)
*goblet squats (use your swing-weight kettlebell)
*warm-up level hand-to-hand swings and hang cleans
