Equipment Recommendations: x2 moderate weight kettlebells or dumbbells, x1 optional medium band
x1 round:
1. x10 laying neck twists left and right with kettlebell
2. x10 squat from plank
3. x10 alternating cossack squats
4. x10 single side farmer's march left and right
*opposite leg of bell marches
