Class 17 welcome our first mini test! No fear, this is one step of the journey and only a measure of where you're at today. Relax, do your best and have fun! Pull ups are easier with a smile and a booty squeeze. Film your attempt, save it and tag @bellsuptv on Instagram to share your progress (you can also sent to the account privately).
Equipment Recommendations: pull up bar, medium band
40 seconds on, 20 seconds transition, x2 rounds:
1. serratus wall sit
2. standing wall plank
3. banded pull aparts
4. laying neck twist with press
Mini-Test: MAX strict pull ups and film it! Send to the @bellsuptv instagram account! Celebrate where you are at, even if you don't have your first rep yet!
For the second repetition of Class 17: you can re-do the mini test, or take the same numbers from the previous mini test to use for daily reps.
Pull Up Sets:
x5 rounds:
0-1: banded half pulls x5
2-3: -2 from max rep set
4+: -2-3 from max rep set
*rest 60 seconds-2 minute between sets
