Mixed grip chin ups are back, with a half step for beginners. Bring a band and bring a bell for a new variation of lat pull downs to add to your overhead lunge and chin up practice.
Equipment Recommendations:
x1 light/moderate kettlebell, x1 heavy bell, pull up bar, x1 medium band
"Carry Series: complete each carry on a running clock for 6 minutes, up to 60 seconds each movement before swithcing:

Mixed Grip Chin Up Sets: x6 rounds
0-1 chin ups: x2-3 half chin ups
2-3 chin ups: mixed grip chin ups x3, switching grip each round, resting 60 seconds-2 minutes after each set
4+ chin ups ups: mixed grip chin ups x4-5, switching grip after each round, resting 60 seconds-2 minutes after each set
