The Bells Up Studio Beginner Onboarding series sets the tone for everything that is to come...
This special series of classes is for absolute weight training beginners, or those needing a refresher in basic technique. We begin with breathing and core bracing must-knows, bodyweight foundations and continue with skill explanations and demonstrations for hinge, squat, push, pull and rotation movements. All classes begin with in depth explanations/practice time and finish with interval-based movement sessions to further solidify concepts.
After completing this 8 class series, you will be ready to start a Bells Up Studio beginner-level program.
