Class 7 includes work on balance, variations of squats and progessing our repetitions from week two. Overall RPE 7 out of 10 for the first set and 8 out of 10 for the second set.
Equipment Recommendations: x1 light or medium bell, yoga block
Warm Up

Every 60 seconds, continuous running clock:
1. crawl to crab transitions
2. plank crawl
3. deadbug with yoga block
Set 1: RPE 7 out of 10
x1 round
Every 60 seconds, continuous running clock:
1. single leg hip raises, 30 seconds each side
2. balance right arm up, left leg up, light bell
3. balance left arm up, right leg up, light bell
4. 1 1/2 squat, with pause in each spot
5. explosive deadlifts, with slow lower
Set 2: RPE 8 out of 10
Every minute on the minute x3 rounds:
1. x5-7 single side suitcase deadlifts, right and left
2. x10-15 goblet dead clean
3. :30 seconds quadruped hold, with bell pass
