1. downdog with calf raises
2. staggered stance deadlfts, right side
3. staggered stance deadlfts, left side
4. reverse lunge, left leg forward twist to the left
4. reverse lunges left, right leg forward twist to the right

1. x5 bent over rows, left and right sides
2. x5 goblet squats
3. x10 shoulder taps, 2 count pause at the top (x5 left and right)
